THE PERSON:

• Positive, detailed oriented and solid analytical skills
• Effective, communication skills with good spoken and written English. 
• A self- starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision and good team player. 
• Self-motivated, meticulous and able to work under tight deadlines
• Focusing on delivering a positive customer experience
• Candidates with good Microsoft Excel, MACRO skillsets will be added advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Distributor resale, inventory, and rebate processing & reconciliation.
• Involvement in reporting & analysis in aid of decision making.
• Ensure compliance with corporate finance policies, GAAP & SOX key controls.
• Support IT project assignments and process improvements.
• Attend / drive meeting and conference calls.
• Support internal and external audit request.
• Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Major in accounting/finance/ ACCA, MIA or CPA professional qualification

LOCATION:

Penang, Malaysia

ONSITE:

This role requires the student to work from the Penang office throughout the duration of the Co-op/Intern term. First time Co-ops/Interns should work full-time and onsite.

PROGRAM TERM:

6 months
