The Role:
Join AMD's Strategic Silicon Solutions (S3) team as a high-impact Executive Assistant supporting our Corporate Vice President and engineering leadership. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role where your organizational expertise, proactive mindset, and ability to anticipate needs will help drive innovation and operational excellence. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with other executive assistants and interact with multiple management levels, and employees while managing day-to-day priorities. The Person:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize the executive calendar including onsite/offsite meeting coordination
- Manage executive domestic and international travel
- Prepare and process expense reports
- Serve as a primary contact for the management team, handling inquiries and resolving issues by redirecting them to appropriate staff
- Handle mail and inquiries, determining the necessity of executive action
- Collect and analyze information to prepare reports, agendas, and correspondence
- Oversee inventory management of departmental supplies and coordinate maintenance requests.
- Support financial processes, including managing budgets, contracts, purchase orders, and vendor relations
- Build relationships with external partners and coordinate scheduling efforts across teams and geographies
- Take detailed notes during meetings and track action items
- Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling candidate interviews and gathering feedback.
- Provide onboarding support for new employees
- Occasionally, provide logistic support for engineering workshops
Preferred Experience:
- Prior years of experience supporting an Executive in a high-tech, engineering driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams
- Project management with the ability to proactively track milestones, deliverables and status reports
- Ability to handle complex tasks independently while being a team player
Academic Credentials:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
