THE ROLE:
Join our team as a strategic, channel-savvy Enterprise Content Amplification Manager, where you will lead the distribution and integration of marketing content across campaigns and channels. In this role, you will ensure that high-value content—including thought leadership, customer stories, and product content—is strategically amplified to reach the right audiences at the right time, driving engagement and conversions throughout the buyer journey.
Sitting at the intersection of content, campaigns, brand, digital marketing, and regional teams, you will play a critical role in embedding content into marketing orchestration while ensuring our investments maximize impact across paid, earned, and owned channels
THE PERSON:
You are a marketing professional with experience creating content and a deep understanding of content amplification strategies. You thrive in cross-functional collaboration across marketing, content, and digital teams, ensuring content reaches and engages the right audiences effectively. You blend strategic vision with hands-on execution, adapting content to optimize reach, engagement, and impact across multiple channels and audience segments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop & Execute Content Amplification Strategy: Maintain a comprehensive content map of customer advocacy content, thought leadership and campaign content. Build an enterprise marketing content distribution plan to maximize visibility, reusability, and engagement across all channels and internal teams.
Integrate Content into Campaigns: Partner with campaign and content teams to embed assets and published case studies into integrated campaign plans, nurture streams, launches, and brand initiatives.
Optimize Digital Channels: Work with digital marketing teams to enhance content visibility and performance across web, SEO, email, and paid media.
Strengthen Social Media Presence: Collaborate with social teams to promote content through video, graphics, carousels, and optimized post copy.
Enable Regional & Sales Teams: Provide tailored content bundles for specific segments, verticals, and personas. Partner with sales enablement and field teams to amplify customer testimonials.
Support Earned Media Efforts: Partner with PR, AR, and comms teams to amplify strategic content in earned media efforts, thought leadership and influencer engagement.
Expand Content Distribution Channels: Explore new activation methods such as partner co-marketing, online communities, and third-party syndication.
Measure & Optimize Performance: Track reach, engagement, and feedback from field teams to refine strategy.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience in B2B technology marketing, content creation, campaign operations, or digital marketing.
Proven success in content amplification across multiple marketing channels (SEO, social, email, paid media).
Strong understanding of buyer journeys and how content integrates into demand generation strategies.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
Strong project management skills with a focus on execution and continuous improvement.
Background in enterprise tech, SaaS, or global campaign environments preferred.
Familiarity with sales enablement tools and content repurposing techniques.
Data-driven approach with knowledge of performance metrics and A/B testing methodologies.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant field.
