THE ROLE:
We are seeking for an experienced candidate with deep expertise in post-silicon validation to lead our analog design validation efforts. This role will be critical in ensuring the quality and performance of our cutting-edge semiconductor products through comprehensive post-silicon characterization and validation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers focused on post-silicon validation and characterization
  • Develop and execute comprehensive post-silicon validation strategies for analog/mixed-signal IP blocks including HBM, PLLs, SerDes, power management circuits, and high-speed interfaces
  • Drive root cause analysis of silicon issues and coordinate with design, layout, and product engineering teams to implement solutions
  • Establish validation methodologies, test plans, and measurement techniques for complex analog circuits
  • Oversee the development of automated test frameworks and data analysis tools for efficient silicon characterization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, DFT, applications, and product engineering
  • Present validation results and technical recommendations to senior leadership
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering technical excellence and innovation
  • Define and track key performance metrics for validation efficiency and silicon quality
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Extensive experience in analog/mixed-signal design with target mainly in post-silicon validation
  • Excellent with people management skills
  • Deep understanding of analog circuit design principles and silicon behavior
  • Proven experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, etc.)
  • Strong background in statistical analysis and data-driven decision making
  • Experience with scripting languages (Python, MATLAB, etc.) for test automation and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Track record of successful silicon bring-up and debug
  • Experience with high-speed SerDes, PLLs, ADCs/DACs, or power management circuits
  • Knowledge of semiconductor process technology and device physics
  • Familiarity with ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) and production test development
  • Experience in CPU, GPU, or SoC development
  • Published papers or patents in relevant technical areas

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field
