THE ROLE:

The Digital Asset Manager for Brand Guidelines & Creative Workflows is a critical role that supports the Digital Marketing team, the Brand Team and the entire organization in scaling and accelerating marketing through content management and distribution. This position involves significant responsibilities in organizing brand guidelines, managing photography assets, and maintaining digital asset specifications, which are vital for the smooth functioning of the organization's marketing and branding efforts.

Team player who understands the dynamics and culture at AMD.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identifying, reporting, and testing to ensure bugs are resolved in a timely manner while keeping stakeholders updated.
  • Researching workaround options to bypass broken system features to ensure content pipeline workflows are unimpeded.
  • Ensure system compliance with IT standards and information security policies including SSO integration and security audit findings.
  • Manage the customer support ticketing system and maintain SLA for customer service to ensure the needs of 12,000 internal and external users are met.
  • Conduct training sessions and maintain a library of training materials for the users of the digital asset management system.
  • Administer the digital asset management system and assign correct permission profiles, quickly vet new accounts and ensure an NDA is on file.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
