The Role:

You will be a part of the team that drives the success of Debug Tools for AMD (Advanced Micro Devices) products through leadership & coordination, software development, and achievement of schedule commits. This is a high-visibility and critical role, spanning pre-silicon to bring-up to post-silicon software features/enhancements implementation & support.

C++ Developer

The person:

In this position you will be working as a member of a high-performing agile team, which will have you working with everyone from SW architects to interns. If you thrive in fast-paced, technically challenging environments, where you get to work on a variety of different engineering problems, this could be an outstanding opportunity for you.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, development, and support of tools that will be used in Silicon debugging and Customers environment.
• Collaborating with different silicon teams, peers, and partners for providing tooling solutions.
• Researching and prototyping new software features/solutions.
• Develop new software features and improvements within pre and post silicon environments.
• Participate in design reviews, quality improvements and architectural discussions.
• Engage as a teammate, demonstrate AGILE methodologies, and always ready to seek new challenges.

Preferred experience:

• Should have 8 to 10 years of work experience in multiple semi-conductor Engineering Projects.
• Should have strong experience in C++.
• Full stack developer having work experience in .NET Core C#, and Database technologies.
• Very good problem-solving skills, team player, constantly up/cross skill on modern technologies.
• Experience in scripting languages like Python, and JS will be a plus.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
