About the role: As a Manager Assistant,your work will focus on coordinating ad-hoc requests from various departments of Alcoa's' Hungarian site, event organization, handling guest arrangements etc.At Alcoa, you're an essential part of our purpose: to turn raw potential into real progress. Main responsibilities:
- Coordinating low and high volume corporate procurement requests
- Translations and revisions of corporate materials
- Requesting temporary and permanent personal and/or car card permits
- Coordinating the online worktime system for colleagues having foreign supervisors
- Arrangements for guests arriving at Alcoa Hungary
- Events organization (e.g.: family day, Christmas party, etc.)
- All-round arrangements and administration of consignments arriving at Alcoa Hungary from countries out of the EU
- Sending out public communications to the company
- Coordinating corporate donations
- Coordinating employee discounts / allowances
Requirements:
- Nice and customer-focused personality
- Proactive attitude
- Great communication skills
- Good organizing skills
- Good in problem-solving
- Ability to work independently
- Strong English language knowledge
