About the Role:
As the Commercial Supply Chain Supervisor – Customer Service (remote) you will coordinate the customer service requests, from initiation to service completion, ensuring technical service work is completed on time and according to customer expectations. The CSCS will also assess team performance and adjust the structure as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and cost-effectiveness.


Other key responsibilities include:

  • Support the Commercial Manager in driving regional initiatives and pursuing global alignment opportunities;
  • Supervise and support multiple Commercial Supply Chain Specialists, Administrators, and Assistants to ensure the successful and on-time performance of Alcoa's commercial contract/agreements obligations specifically related to Alcoa's sales and trade activities;
  • Lead a team of highly skilled specialists, administrators, and assistants, ensuring each critical task has backup and support;
  • Ensure all internal and external customers have accurate and timely information;
  • Lead the coordination of all documents required for successful sales or purchases;
  • Work closely with the production, planning and shipping team to ensure transactions are in accordance with agreements made with the customer;
  • Provide management support to internal and external auditors.

What you can bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related fields;
  • Fluent English;
  • Experience as a supervisor in the Customer Service area or related areas (Procurement, Commercial, Supply Chain). For candidates that don't have experience as a supervisor, solid experience as a Senior Analyst (Customer Service/Supply Chain or related areas);
  • Excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate with all levels of the business;
  • Demonstrated supervisory skills with the ability to lead a busy, dynamic, and diverse team;
  • Ability to prioritize multiple demands, plan work activities efficiently to meet strict deadlines and high-level goals;
  • Availability to go to the office regularly (Poços De Caldas – Minas Gerais).
