Accessible Space is a national nonprofit provider of high-quality accessible, affordable housing for individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans is seeking a full-time Property Caretaker/light maintenance for two of our buildings in Rogers, MN (both buildings are located on 129th Ave. North)

 

Wage: $18.25 - $19.25 Excellent Full time benefit package - health and dental insurance, On Demand Pay, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, Life Insurance, Employee Assistant Program, Wellness Rebate, Education Reimbursement and Retirement Savings Plan (403b)   AND 2 Bedroom caretaker unit available - RENT FREE! (available not required)

As Property Caretaker your duties will include but are not
limited to; minor maintenance, cleaning, apartment turns, work order completion, grounds maintenance, etc.

You're qualified for this position: Must have at least one (1) year experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs, be professional and dependable with the ability to work without direct supervision.
