JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for coordinating internal and external communications and assisting in developing content for marketing and sales resources as needed. Individual will work closely with the corporate Marketing & PR Department in the   production of presentations, newsletters, recognition, as well as support the Sales & Marketing Manager in developing technical documents such as quotes, proposals, and vendor forms.

  1. Plan and consistently produce internal and external communications, including division-wide memos and social media posts.

  2. Assist in the development of marketing materials, web content, email campaigns, and newsletters.

  3. Coordinate with the corporate Marketing & PR Department on the production of materials and implementing the division's marketing and communications efforts.

  4. Support the executive group and operations with the development of critical communication pieces and presentations.

  5. Write and prepare quotes and proposal documents with a high degree of accuracy.

  6. Input quote data into Salesforce CRM and assist in report preparation. 

  7. Tracking, planning, and coordination of internal and external events.

  8. Perform all other duties as assigned



QUALIFICATIONS:


  1. High School Diploma or GED.

  2. Proven experience meeting project deadlines

  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  4. Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Power Point & Google equivalents a must

  5. Capable of quickly learning and communicating new service lines through research and interaction with subject matter experts.

  6. Excellent planning, organization and detail skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time

  7. Ability to develop technical and conceptual material

  8. Graphic design experience preferred. (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canvas, etc.)

  9. Experience with web content writing, social media management, and SEO a plus
