A natural hospitality Leader with the ability to train, lead and supervise our front office team as well as accommodate and welcome our guests to the newest AC by Marriott on Ft. Lauderdale Beach!

In this role you will be supervising the front desk functions;
Ensuring staff is properly trained by Marriot Brand Standards as well as HVMG standards, including but not limited to :
Service excellence and expectations, hotel facilities and services, local directions, front office management and reservations systems, safety and emergency procedures, etc.
Monitor performances and recommend corrective or disciplinary action if necessary. Alerting management of potential service, guest or employee issues.
Complete opening and closing shift duties and checklists, communicating any outstanding guest requests or issues to management that may require additional monitoring or follow-up.
Perform other duties as assigned which may include guest room tours, concierge services, special guest requests, etc.
Elevating and training to bring the guest experience to Excellence!Requirements
Requirements include basic reading, writing and math skills. May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays. This job requires ability to perform the following: regularly required to talk , communicate, listen and interact with guests primarily in English. Frequently required to stand and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Occasionally required to walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms. frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and stand for long periods of time.Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
One to two years in related experience and/or training in a hospitality front desk setting
