Data Analyst
PCI provides Calibration, Commissioning & Consulting solutions to our clients across multiple regulated industries including biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, food & beverage and more. We are seeking a Data Analyst I that is familiar with data entry, reporting, and working with technical services teams to add to our growing company. This Data Analyst I position provides database and other support to PCI service teams across the US. Some of the responsibilities of a Data Analyst I include:
Assist with vendor management (contacting expiring vendors to complete required documents)
Assisting with standards (third party calibration set up, data entry in RAM, shipping and receiving, pulling standards for jobs, checking for expiring standards, etc.)
Controlled document review and updates (Microsoft word experience)
Export reports from RAM and email (excel experience needed).
Provide assistance with routine general lab, Team, office or field support.
May include filing, scanning, copying, organizing, and basic data entry.
The Data Analyst I will also be responsible for cGMP compliant documentation and integrity of data. The instrumentation data is maintained in a CMMS database. SAP, ProCal, RAM or Maximo experience is desired.
Required skills of the Data Analyst I include:
A two-year degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, other related field, or equivalent military training and two years of applicable experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Pharmaceutical industry or quality system experience is preferred.
The Data Analyst I must be willing to travel overnight up to 25% of the time.
