  • Partner with hiring leaders as a true advisor - guiding role definition, talent strategy, and hiring decisions through strong communication and data-backed insights
  • Craft and refine job postings that attract the right talent (and don't read like legal disclaimers)
  • Evaluate candidates deeply and thoughtfully, ensuring alignment with role requirements, team dynamics, and organizational goals
  • Manage candidate and hiring manager expectations with clarity, confidence, and professionalism throughout the process
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate logistics, negotiate offers, and support smooth onboarding transitions
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and hard-to-find talent in competitive markets
  • Represent Yardi externally at recruiting events, career fairs, and industry conferences while maintaining a strong online presence
  • Use recruiting data and analytics to continuously improve sourcing strategies and hiring outcomes
  • Stay ahead of talent trends, serving as a knowledgeable voice in modern recruiting practices
  • Mentor and support recruiting team members, helping elevate the function as a whole

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on strategic talent acquisition
  • Proven ability to use market and talent intelligence to shape recruiting strategies
  • Confidence conducting in-depth interviews across a wide range of roles and seniority levels
  • Excellent communication skills—you know how to influence without forcing
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
  • Experience leveraging social media and modern sourcing tools to attract talent
  • Exceptional organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative, team-first approach with natural leadership presence
  • A genuine commitment to building diverse and inclusive talent pipelines
