About the Role:

Join our Residential Client Services Team as an Account Manager and position yourself at the forefront of innovation in the real estate industry! In this role, you'll guide clients through implementation and adoption of RentCafe Living, Rewards, and Renter Essentials. You'll be the key connection between clients, internal teams, and residents' digital experience, ensuring seamless launches, strong adoption, and measurable success. But that's not all – your role goes beyond customer support. You'll be an active participant in our collaborative team, driving continuous improvements and pushing the boundaries of innovation in our products. Your contributions will help our clients stay ahead of the curve in a competitive market and continue to receive the highest level of service.

What You'll Do:

  • Provides guidance and support to mid to large-sized property management clients using Resident Services by ResidentShield®
  • Analyze client operations and usage data to identify areas for optimization and improved service delivery
  • Coordinate and facilitate the resolution of client-reported issues by working cross-functionally with internal teams and vendor partners
  • Build strong relationships with clients and vendor partners to ensure seamless integration and satisfaction with resident service solutions

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Two plus (2+) years of project or account management experience
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with constant changes
  • Ability to think analytically and effectively communicate analysis to clients
  • Big picture focus while displaying a keen attention to detail
  • Collegial, team-oriented disposition with the ability to establish cooperative working relationships with all levels of employees and clients
  • Client-centered commitment and focus
  • Independent decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solid presentation skills
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of software interfaces
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • CRM proficiency
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Ideal to Have:

  • Prior experience in the real estate financial technologies industry (flexible rent, security deposit alternatives, rent reporting, rental rewards)

Annual Salary Range: $68,640 - $76,500
