The Data Science team's mission is to increase our speed, frequency and acumen of making decisions at scale by instilling a data-influenced approach to building products. This team collaborates with all teams in the Cloud Data Platform ecosystem to provide end-to-end solutions.

We are looking for a talented and customer-obsessed data scientist focused on exploring and building novel applications in a high-impact and fast-paced environment. As IC leaders, you'll drive strategic decisions for user growth and product innovation, leveraging all data science toolkits (analytics, experimentation, forecasting, and ML solutions) to improve end-to-end consumer journeys at Wind Creek.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a growing and cross-functional agile team that includes data scientists, machine learning engineers, software engineers, analysts and business partners.
• Use Wind Creek's large-scale Azure Cloud Platform and data resources to generate deep understanding of our customers and products.
• Design and implement machine learning models at scale from inception to business impact.
• Design and guide experiments/analysis to measure impact and drive product improvements.
• Initiate, develop, and maintain data pipelines with outstanding craftsmanship.
• Help Wind Creek grow cutting-edge and innovative Data Science capabilities.
• Be a thought leader at Wind Creek - predict future areas of innovation.
