Job Overview:
The Senior Construction Project Manager provides oversight for designated WCH construction projects that occur at properties throughout the company. Typically, this role will provide owner's representation services that can include all or portions of project management, coordination, facilitation, oversight, and monitoring during the design, procurement, and construction phases of a project. For a significant development effort undertaken by WCH (involving construction efforts that will last greater than 12 months), relocation to the project location may be required during construction phases.

Selected Duties and Responsibilities:
- For a significant development effort undertaken by WCH (involving construction efforts that will last greater than 12 months), relocation to the project location may be required during construction phases.
- Provide oversite with respect to scope of work, design, value engineering, cost estimating, general contractor and subcontractor prequalification, scheduling, and construction;
- Selection, negotiation with, and oversight of designers and general contractors;
- Ensure the preparation of time schedules which serve as control standards for monitoring performance of the project; and
- Work with design and engineering teams to assure that projects comply with applicable National, State, Tribal and Local Building Code laws
- Inspect work of contractors and vendors and assure that payment applications are accurate Provides detailed job progress reports and expenditure recaps for assigned projects
- Assist with PO issuance and Project CER development and maintenance
- Facilitates project punch lists and documentation of deficiencies. Insures all deficient work is corrected.

Job Requirements: (please ensure you meet the listed requirements prior to applying)
- High School diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction/ Building Sciences or Related Field (such as Architecture, Engineering) AND Ten (10) years or more Construction Project Management experience with a project of a value of $25M or more and that was successfully completed
- OR Combination of Applicable Education and Ten (10) years' experience in a Senior Construction Project Management experience with projects totaling at least $75M and at least one project of a value of $25M or more and that was successfully completed
- OR Fifteen (15) years' experience in a Senior Construction Project Management experience with projects totaling at least $100M and at least one project of a value of $25M or more and that was successfully completed
- Hospitality related construction experience
- Competence with programs related to building information models, computer-based schedule programs, web-based file management and information systems, and other engineering and construction
- Competence with construction document review, project scheduling and project estimation tools
- Ability to interact with clients and conduct project meetings in a highly professional manner
- Willing to work odd and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to travel, including relocation for project management duties located at various Wind Creek Properties
- Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
- Must have a valid and current State Driver's License and an insurable driving record for purposes of driving company vehicles as required
- Must have a Tribal Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) and any other licenses required in other gaming jurisdictions as a requirement for this position
- Must have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment
