Employment Status: FULL TIME                  Position Reports To: Nurse Manager   About the Role  

As the Staff Nurse Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of nursing at Wilson Health. You'll partner with nursing leadership to support education, competency development, onboarding, and professional growth while serving as a trusted clinical resource for staff.

This position offers the perfect balance of leadership and bedside nursing, allowing you to continue caring for patients while influencing clinical excellence across the department.

Qualifications

Required
  • Current Ohio Registered Nurse license
  • Minimum five years of hospital nursing experience
  • Minimum two years of Critical Care nursing experience

Preferred

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Previous experience in staff education, orientation, or professional development
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
