Position Summary: 

Provide leadership to the Full DBT programs in the Clinical and Community Services Department.  To ensure that the DBT programs maintain high fidelity to the DBT model.

The posted range represents the full hiring range. Offers will not exceed this range, the majority of candidates are placed near the midpoint based on experience and qualifications. 

Job Duties & Functions: 

  • Program administration, oversight, and implementation.
  • Facilitating Group Consultation and Coordination of Group Meetings.
  • Organize and lead DBT training initiatives.
  • Maintain DBT-only caseload and co-facilitate at least one DBT group.
  • Community outreach/engagement/recruitment efforts.
  • Conduct data-related initiatives and integration of measurement-based care within DBT.
  • Serve as a DBT consultant outside of the CCS Department (i.e., with Crisis and Community Services, Residential, Next Chapter).
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain a trauma informed environment of wellbeing.

Requirements & Qualifications: 

  • Master's Degree or Higher in Psychology or other Human Services-Related field.
  • At least two years delivering DBT services.
  • Project coordination, leadership, training, clinical supervision and program development experience preferred.
  • Licensed as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or licensed psychologist.
  • Foundationally trained in DBT and been a part of on a full DBT program that maintains high fidelity to the DBT model.

Work Location: This is an opportunity open to folks residing in the Greater Denver Metro area.

Shift/Hours: This is a Monday-Friday opportunity observing standard business hours.

Physical Requirements: 

Requires sitting, standing, bending and reaching. May require lifting to 50 pounds. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computers, fax machines, the telephone, and other office and/or clinical equipment.
