Work with others in a clinical team environment to help individuals move toward recovery.</p> <p><em><strong>Team Specific Information: </strong></em>This positions works with teens and young adults (ages 15-26), and will work with individuals experience first episode psychosis.</p> <p></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Pay Range & Benefits:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>LPC/LCSW/LMFT: $34.78-$35.28/hr</li> <li>Language Differential - $2.50/hr for bilingual proficiency in Spanish & ASL</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Job Duties & Functions:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Provide psychological evaluations/problem identification, crisis interventions, and individual, group, and/or family therapy to assigned clients.</li> <li>Provide case management services to clients as needed or assigned.</li> <li>Develop treatment plans; monitor treatment progress and follow-up at disposition times.</li> <li>Assist clients with psychological development, social development, and rehabilitation.</li> <li>Coordinate the use of other WellPower programs and outside community resources for the people we serve.</li> <li>Coordinate medication/medicinal needs of the people we serve with psychiatrists, nurses, and other medical sources.</li> <li>Maintain accurate and timely clinical records consistent with WellPower standards.</li> <li>Participate in team/department meetings, in-services, and supervisory sessions as required.</li> <li>Perform 27-10 (M-1) “mental health hold” evaluations.</li> <li>Maintain a trauma informed environment of wellbeing.</li> <li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Requirements & Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Masters Degree in psychology, social work, or other related human service degree.</li> <li><strong>Licensure required </strong>(LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist).
