Certification Details
• Traveler must have WI nursing license or compact license from their permanent address state.
• BLS & ACLS must be certified through American Heart Association ONLY.

Job Details

• Do not submit traveler who have or will have expiring licenses and/or certifications during time frame of entire assignment. Traveler will automatically be declined.

• We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work with a multidisciplinary team to plan for patient care in the operating room in a timely manner.
• Communicate and coordinate operating room activities to facilitate efficiency in the surgical case progression and turnover between cases.
• Implement safe, competent, and efficient patient and family care within policies, procedures, and standards of care plan to the perioperative patients level of complexity.

Job Requirements
• Traveler must have permanent address outside 50 mile radius of Madison (permanent address must be included in traveler's profile: resume, Medefis portal and all onboarding documentation must have permanent address listed).
• Must have experience in Cardiothoracic Surgery and/or Acuity Adaptable area (3 or above).
• Traveler must have completed two years of acute care experience within last 3 years.
• Traveler must have experience in an Academic Level 1 -Trauma center or similar size hospital.
• Successfully completed traveler assignment (13 weeks).
