Description
Looking for a rewarding opportunity to work with children? Join our Callier Center Team!
At the Callier Center, we create a warm, supportive learning environment for children from infancy through kindergarten. Our dedicated team focuses on nurturing each child's unique needs, whether in communication and language development, physical skills, emotional and social growth, or cognitive learning.
We foster a community where children can communicate, play, and build friendships with peers with different hearing abilities, communication methods, and interests. Every day offers a chance to help children thrive in an enriching space.
As a member of our team, you will provide vital education program office support by working closely with UTD departments, Callier staff, and families. Your responsibilities will include delivering excellent customer service, managing payroll, purchases, budgets, and related reports, as well as coordinating job postings, staff onboarding, and ensuring compliance with Child Care Licensing. You will also organize office filing and storage, oversee equipment and supply inventory, handle billing and accounting tasks, manage office security badges, and ensure adherence to the National School Lunch Program requirements.
