Description

Claims is seeking an individual to join the team to support the functions of a busy claims department. If you are a detail oriented, responsible individual looking for a new career opportunity, apply for consideration

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

·                       Reviewing assigned dashboard to determine the day's workload.

·                       Promptly making outbound calls to providers to confirm patients completed scans.

·                       Completing 60+ appointment follow up confirmation calls to providers daily.

·                       Following communication scripts, procedures, guidelines, and policies.

·                      Accurately collecting data provided while actively listening and staying on task.

·                      Recording details of the calls, notating referrals accordingly.

·                      Making Claims Management aware of non-compliant providers.

·                     Collaborating and effectively communicating with internal or external parties.

·                    Communicating with providers balancing scripted conversations with natural rapport.

·                    Answering provider questions using scripted and non-scripted responses.

·                   Reviewing and handling assigned tasks/tickets prudently and in a timely manner.

·                   Contacting providers/billers to obtain additional information regarding appointments.

·                   Escalating any problems that may arise to management.

·               Tasking Claims Management with issues pertaining to appointments requiring review.

·                 Maintaining productivity goals and quality standards set forth by management.

·                Meeting client performance guarantees staying within the agreed upon turnaround time.

·                Providing exceptional customer service.

·              Working closely with the other teams in the department to resolve claims related issues.

·              Serving as a backup to the other Follow Up Representatives, if/when needed.

·               Handling confidential information in accordance with HIPAA requirements.

 

·               Miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

 Hours Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm ON SITE POSITION

Compensation is a salary commensurate with experience plus performance incentives and benefits package.
