Description
PRACTICE DESCRIPTION:
Hybrid position incorporating 10 weeks of hospitalist coverage with 25 weeks of outpatient practice
Call may be required during 10 weeks of hospitalist coverage
Join 4 physicians and 4 APPs between the internal medicine and hospitalist programs
Providers see 15-20 adult patients per day in the internal medicine outpatient clinic
Providers manage 10-18 patients per day in hospitalist program
CANDIDATE PARAMETERS:
M.D. or D.O.
Male or Female
Any Experience Level
Excellent communication skills and empathy are required
Board-Certified (or Board-Eligible for Residents)
Must have very good to excellent malpractice history with current coverage
Must not have been a sanctioned party
When on call, must immediately respond and be at the hospital within 30 minutes

Initial agreement 36-month term; will consider longer terms
