Summary of Job Duties: The Clinical Services Manager (CSM) for the Behavioral Health Service Line (BHSL) is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily operations of the designated clinic/unit, including patient care and clinic/unit business processes. The duties of the CSM contribute to the effort to further the mission of UAMS: to improve the health and health care of Arkansans.

The clinical programs for the BHSL are located in the Psychiatric Research Institute building on the main UAMS campus.
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • 5 or more years of experience in the field of Nursing, with at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory capacity
  • Current & Valid Registered Nurse License in the State of Arkansas
  • Employees in this role must be fitted for, capable of donning and performing routine tasks in person protective equipment to include N95 masks, Powered Air Purifying Respirators (PAPR) or Controlled Air Purifying Respirators (CAPR)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
