- Additional Details
- Must be AHA certified for various certifications.
- Nursing only Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYs but you will still upload here.
- Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals.
- Vaccines or Positive IGG Titer: Exemptions are NOT accepted for persons working in certain areas.
- Annual requirements like Fit Test and Influenza Vaccine.
- Health Statement or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually there after.
- Criminal Background Checks, Education Verification, Drug Screening, and other Ascension specific credentials and onboarding requirements.
