The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated Educational Diagnostician for a school-based role in Denton, TX for the 26/27 school year. This is a full-time position (on site 4 days/week, work from home 1 day/week!) supporting a local school district with psychoeducational evaluation services and is ideal for TEA certified candidates who are passionate about helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.  Compensation: $47-$53/hr + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus Unlike traditional school district hiring, working with The Stepping Stones Group means you're backed by a team built by School Psychologists, for School Psychologists - with clinical leadership, real support, and a career infrastructure designed around your profession. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Current license as an Educational Based Diagnostician in TX through TEA
• Graduate from an EBD program
• Prior experience in a school-based special education setting preferred

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Administer and interpret standardized assessments evaluating cognitive ability, academic achievement, and social-emotional development
• Write detailed evaluation reports and attend ARD/IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and support individualized education plans
• Ensure all evaluations comply with state and federal special education law (IDEA) and TEA guidelines
