Description

We are seeking a recruiter who will work very collaboratively with our client to attract and hire top talent throughout multiple regions in the US. They identify as being extremely detail oriented and thriving in an environment with many moving parts and fast paced requisitions. This recruiter position is an hourly and assignment-based role.

Location: Remote (supporting EST and CST time zones)

Responsibilities:

  • Heavy client facing responsibilities including managing daily information/candidate data tracking, providing information to the client as needed, resolving problems, participating in client meetings, and maintain a high level of customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Responsible to implement staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions.
  • Source, recruit, screen, interview and assess high volumes of candidates that exceed the client's needs and expectations (30-40 each week on average). 
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate.  
  • Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates.
  • Diligently track requisition metrics to ensure success.
  • Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent high volume/ full cycle recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting for CDL drivers, landscaping/irrigation professional, or similar nonexempt positions preferred
  • Proven success achieving recruitment metrics including conducting 30+ interviews each week
  • Ability to work from home office during standard, Monday through Friday business days/ hours 
  • Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives 
  • Detailed Oriented  
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices  
  • Excellent customer service delivery  
  • Strong presentation skills verbal and in person  

Salary Range: 

The starting range which will be offered to the selected candidate will be between $27.00 and $32.00 per hour. The full range for the position is $20.00 and $32.00 per hour.

Pay is based on qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training and other considerations permitted by law. We consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with applicable law.
