The Tom Wood Group, in Indianapolis, Indiana is currently searching for a Business Development Center Agent.  The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic and dedication to delivering high-quality customer service. 

BASIC JOB INFO: 

• Flexible work schedule (40 hours) 
• Day and evening shifts open 
• Work 1 or 2 Saturdays per month 
• Pay: $14.50/hour plus a tiered bonus structure based on monthly performance
  • Average bonus for the team is $450 - $800
• Expect to handle 115+ calls a day. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and electronic communications 
• Generate business for the Tom Wood Automotive Group by scheduling service appointments for multiple locations
• Build a knowledge base of the company and brands 
• Maintain performance standards and uphold company values 
• Support team environment and maintain a positive attitude 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Experience within the customer service or hospitality industry 
• Strong understanding of how to effectively communicate with customers 
• Proficient with computer systems, including familiarity with Microsoft applications 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Self-motivated with the ability to remain calm under pressure 
• Track record of meeting and exceeding goals 

Available shifts: 7:15-4:15,  8:00-5:00, 9:00-6:00 Monday through Friday
