RN Hemodialysis Coordinator Position Summary

The Hemodialysis Coordinator is responsible and accountable for organizing and directing all aspects of their clinical area. The Coordinator works collaboratively with the Hemodialysis Manager to maintain unit standards of care. The Coordinator serves as a positive role model and sets the professional tone for their area, while providing leadership in the areas of customer satisfaction, provision of safe and effective care, human resources, communication, patient advocacy, performance improvement and leadership/professional development. The Coordinator facilitates the training and orientation of new personnel. The Coordinator oversees staff scheduling for the unit data collection for KPI processes, ordering and inventory of unit specific supplies, upkeep of machine maintenance through scheduling of services, and facilitation of monthly quality water cultures.

RN Hemodialysis Coordinator Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree is required or in pursuit within 6 months of accepting position.
  • ACLS (Within 6 months of hire/transfer date) as required by department director.
  • Tele-Certified (within 6 months of hire/transfer date) as required by department director
  • Three years of clinical nursing experience, with 1-2 years of leadership experience preferred.

RN Hemodialysis Coordinator Schedule

  • Current Delaware License as a Registered Nurse or the compact state in which you reside.

RN Hemodialysis Coordinator Benefits

  • At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
