Description
Schedule: Part-time days (7am-11am) or evenings (4pm-7pm)
What will you do? You will be responsible for taking menu orders from residents, guests, and community associates, serving meals, and bussing tables according to established policies and procedures.
- Utilizes proper food handling and food service technique
- Ensures tables are perfectly set, chairs are in place and clean
- Takes order from resident, guest, or associate promptly.
- Be knowledgeable of all specials and general descriptions of all food items being served
- Provide service in a friendly and timely manner
- Busses tables and resets for the next meal service according to established policy and procedure
- Orders necessary supplies and equipment
Qualifications:
- Good team work skills.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be familiar with Health Department Regulations.
Education and experience:
- Must be at least 16 years old and have working papers.
- Must be able to read, write and understand English language.
- Must be able to process simple mathematical calculations: add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- Previous experience working in a restaurant setting preferred.
Pay Range: $17.00 - $18.00
Starting Pay: Based on experience
