Position Summary:
- Provides ongoing support/maintenance of all information systems which are involved with patient care including clinical delivery, diagnostics, scheduling, revenue cycle and financial. Evaluates and prioritizes trouble tickets, providing 1st line support where needed.
- Ensures appropriate security access is provided in a timely manner as well as deactivating users as directed.
- Plans Participates in decision-making and process improvement. and executes work orders for new practice locations or relocations as needed.
- Works with other support delivery services, such as Telecommunications, Information Systems, and vendors, to coordinate efforts for installations or problem resolution of core applications, network and peripherals.
- Other duties as assigned.
Independence Physician Management (IPM), a subsidiary of UHS, was formed in 2012 as the physician services unit of UHS. IPM develops and manages multi-specialty physician networks and urgent care clinics which align with UHS acute care facilities. It also provides select services for the Behavioral Health division of UHS. Through continuing growth, IPM operates in 11 markets across six states and the District of Columbia.
