You'll have the opportunity to receive ongoing training in ABA methodologies practices as well as take advantage of our Partnership in Education Programs.   If you meet our qualifications, love to learn, and have the passion to work with children, you can provide state of the art behavioral services to children with autism!   Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide one on one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment to treatment to children with autism in their natural setting, such as in their home, school, or community

  • Teach children with autism how to talk, play, make friends, and function more independently, while helping redirect challenging behaviors
  • Collaborate and participate in clinical team meetings to report child's progress and get specific feedback from the supervisor
  • Collect, organize and summarize behavioral data on each child's treatment goals
  • Work with families to support their child's progress 
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Some college. Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field preferred
  • Bilingual/Spanish speaking is a plus!
  • Past experience working with children, especially children with autism is preferred
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
  • Reliable Transportation required
  • Monday-Friday availability preferred
