Join Our Team as a Senior Electrical Lead Engineer - Regional/Office Department Lead

As a Senior Electrical Lead Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in providing overall office leadership for our electrical discipline, contributing to the success of diverse and impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inspiring leadership for the electrical discipline within the office.
- Mentor and develop department staff, fostering career growth through personalized development plans.
- Ensure high-quality work and adherence to firm QA/QC protocols.
- Collaborate with Project Managers on budgeting, scheduling, and staff management.
- Oversee, plan, and design discipline-specific systems for various projects, including healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and commercial buildings.
- Act as the "Engineer of Record" and guide technical communication with clients.
- Collaborate in leading the region/office, organizing discipline meetings, and contributing to regional initiatives.
- Manage regional workload through effective utilization of the Labor Forecast Tool.
- Guide and manage engineers within the office/region, overseeing recruitment and retention efforts.
- Support implementation of Glumac technical standards in the local office.
- Communicate feedback on technical standards implementation and suggest improvements.
- Track training opportunities and recommend staff training to enhance skills.
- Serve as the go-to individual for any claims in the region requiring technical support.
Qualifications:
- 15 + years of experience as an MEP Engineer in infrastructure and/or building systems.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
- Current Professional Engineering PE license.
- Experience managing staff as a direct supervisor.
- Significant sustainable design experience strongly desired.
- Proficiency in REVIT is a must.
- LEED AP BD+C accreditation is a plus.
- WELL certification is a plus.

Salary Range: $175,000 - $200,000
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the proposed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, actual role and responsibilities. The range listed is just one component of Glumac's total compensation package for employees.
