The role

Join our dynamic team at Tetra Tech Coffey, where we pride ourselves on fostering a friendly and supportive work environment. Our small admin team is not just about getting the job done, we believe in creating a social and fun atmosphere that makes every day enjoyable.


We're seeking a warm and welcoming Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our office runs smoothly while contributing to our positive team culture.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet office visitors and clients
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
  • Manage outbound/inbound local, domestic and international courier bookings
  • Office stationery management
  • Office supplies and beverage catering
  • Purchase orders
  • Travel and accommodation bookings
  • Ordering PPE and uniforms
  • Booking medicals for site work
  • Other adhoc administrative tasks that arise including word processing, formatting, photocopying, binding and laminating.

This is an excellent opportunity for a service-oriented professional to deliver efficient, high-quality customer service while managing front office reception duties and related administrative tasks.

 

 

About you

We'd love for you to have some experience gained in a similar role where you've managed a reception desk and provided administrative support in a fast-paced professional environment. Don't worry if you're just starting out in your career - full training will be provided, and junior candidates are encouraged to apply.

If you have a strong focus on customer service, delivery, and quality, along with high attention to detail, you'll fit right in! Great time management and organisation skills along with proficiency in the MS Office suite are also skills we're looking for.
