Tetra Tech Inc. is currently seeking a Field Environmental Technician for its Disaster Response Division. The selected candidate will help be an onsite manager to assist with monitoring the debris removal from various job sites. Employees in this position are the "on-site" monitor for the removal, and possibly, disposal of disaster-generated debris from the recent fires.
We have site locations from both the Eaton and Palisades fire located in Pasadena and Palisades areas.

Qualifications:
- 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification
- Environmental Engineering or Science Degree (preferred)
- 2 years of Field Fire work experience (preferred)
- 5 years of field construction management experience (preferred)
- The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, be detail-oriented, and be able to travel locally.
- Must be able to manage time well and work on tasks as part of a larger project team.
- Must be highly motivated, client focused and work well in a team environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, client interaction and organizational skills are a must.
- Must be able to drive a motor vehicle and pass a motor vehicle records check.
- Ability to work 12 hour days
Pay Rate: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
It is understood that your employment is to be on an "at will" basis. This position with Tetra Tech is temporary and on an "as-needed" basis and will end once the project is complete.
