The opportunity
- Based in Australia (in office, hybrid or remote)
- Full-time ongoing role
- Work closely with internal teams, delivery partners, and clients to support education sector reform, including Early Childhood Education, Basic Education, and leadership capacity building.
Key responsibilities
- Lead education program design, delivery, and evaluation with a focus on innovation, inclusion, and impact.
- Drive business development by preparing bids, leading proposals, and securing pre-qualified opportunities.
- Manage aspects of large, complex programs, ensuring operational excellence and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Influence thought leadership through research, presentations, and publications.
- Contribute to sector strategy and tactical planning for growth.
- Foster a high-performance culture, motivating teams and supporting talent development.
Selection criteria
- A degree in Bachelor's degree in International Development, Education, Business, or a related field (postgraduate study is advantageous).
- Demonstrated experience in business development, bid management, and pursuit leadership.
- Proven background in international education sector reform and program delivery.
- Strong leadership and talent management experience in cross-cultural environments.
- Proficiency in proposal development, pricing strategies, and opportunity assessment.
- Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills.
- Ability to deliver technical and operational solutions that meet client needs.
