TCC, Verizon Authorized Retailer - Regional Director This position will support 9 high volume locations within the Nebraska Region, extending from Scottsbluff, NE to Omaha, NE. Our Sales Associates utilize their passion, high energy, and knowledge to provide a unique sales experience that meets the need of our customers in the ever-changing world of wireless. How do we make our communities better? Our Sales Associates support their local communities through the TCC Gives program. In support of this initiative, TCC gives 16 paid volunteer hours/year, the opportunity to submit grant request up to $10,000/quarter, and the opportunity to get involved in company supported quarterly community initiatives including: School Rocks Backpack Giveaway, Teachers Rock, Rescues Rock (pet adoption), and Rock the Pantry (food drive). Expectations Attain regional and operational performance targets. Utilize tools and resources to effectively manage multiple locations and maintain work life balance. Impact employees through coaching, teaching, and training to meet sales and operational goals. Follow up with customers as needed to increase customer retention and provide solutions. Responsible for enforcing policy and procedures for inventory, loss prevention, employee relations, etc. Ensure all employees Follow all guidelines provided in the Employee Handbook and Code of Conduct. Maintain store organization, marketing/merchandise presentation and overall store appearance. Inspect that stores inventory is being properly managed, counts performed, receiving/transfer/return policy and procedures are being followed. Communicate effectively to all employee's performance goals/expectations, company expectations, etc. Conduct store visits and team meetings to ensure effective communication of company updates, best practices, and expectations. Be a positive influence for your employees, peers, field leadership, vendors, customers, and communities. Coach, teach and train employees to meet company expectations. Consistently recruit, interview, and hire awesome people for your location(s). Develop an internal succession plan for employees. Analyze store scheduler and store business results to determine ideal headcount for each location. Partner with Human Resources to determine proper coaching and/or corrective action. Review real estate, understand profitability, lease agreements, and communicate effectively to real estate suggestions for remodel, relocation or closing of locations. Get involved with your community through company support initiatives, volunteer hours and grant submissions. Individual Expectations Live out and manage the 5 Promises with employees, customers, and in the community. Lead with an owner's mentality when making business decisions in the region. Complete all required training by the stated deadlines. Be a positive influence on your employees, peers, customers, and in the community. Track progress with store and region performance goals daily. Follow all guidelines provided in the Employee Handbook and Code of Conduct. Report any allegations of unethical or illegal business conduct to Compliance or HR Qualifications Multiunit leadership experience Ideally a 2- or 4-year college degree. At least 18 years of age and high school diploma. Ability to work full time hours (averages 50 hours/week). Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends. Ability to travel 100% of the time with reliable transportation and overnights.
