In support of this initiative, TCC gives 16 paid volunteer hours/year, the opportunity to submit grant request up to $10,000/quarter and the opportunity to get involved in company supported quarterly initiatives including: Backpack Giveaway, Teachers Rock, Veterans Rock and Pet Adoption Rocks.

Position Purpose

The Recruiter will perform a variety of recruiting and onboarding related responsibilities at a professional level including but not limited to implementing recruiting strategies, efficiently utilizing tools and resources, building positive partnerships with our customers (internal and external), thinks outside the box to provide ideas and solutions that ensures a successful and effective full cycle recruiting/onboarding experience for our customer (internal and external).

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for knowing and executing best practices to staff for all hourly level positions: Sales Consultant, Regional Sales Consultant and Store Managers. Responsible to understand best practices for Salary Level Field Positions.  
  • Consults with Hiring Managers to ensure a strategic, efficient, and effective recruiting plan is established. Recruiting plan to include, but is not limited to: suggesting job boards, provide and utilize internal recruiting tools and resources, attend in-person or virtual events, update and create job advertisements, determine and utilize social media options, and or other options based on the needs of the business. 
  • Owns all aspects of the recruiting process based on the needs of the position. Responsibilities include but not limited to: sourcing, screening, presenting candidates, conducting/scheduling interviews, extending offer, background evaluation/employment decisions, determining start dates, equipment request, onboarding, etc. Essentially own recruiting and onboarding from start to finish in partnership with Hiring Managers.  
  • Owns all aspects of new hire onboarding which includes but is not limited to: new hire engagement pre- and post-employment, assists and trains Hiring Managers on Best Practices, employment verification, onboarding completion, etc.  
  • Utilize and create recruiting reporting, review recruiting metrics, communicate with Hiring Managers their successes and areas of opportunity, and help develop a recruiting strategy to improve overall metrics.  
  • Utilize and create onboarding reporting to review key metrics, determine areas of opportunities and successes, confirm onboarding is completed within timeframes required and hold Hiring Manager accountable as needed.  
  • Knowledgeable in using software, tools, and resources, including but not limited to: applicant tracking system, external vendor resources, internal tools and resources, internal and external communication platforms, etc. to enhance and/or create the most efficient recruiting strategy externally and/or internally.  
  • Train Hiring Managers on how to utilize software, tools, and resources to ensure they are maintaining an efficient and consistent experience for our candidates in recruiting and onboarding to align with Best Practices.  
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with Store Support, Field Leadership Team, Indirect Teams and outside Business Partners.  
  • Attend Company, Departmental and Field Meetings both virtually or in-person attendance (which may require travel) as requested by leadership.  
  • Engages in Company-related events that allows one to submerse in the Company Culture and be knowledgeable about the business.  

 

Qualifications     

  • Associate or bachelor's Degree and experience preferred. 
  • Ability to work full-time hours, Monday – Friday.
  • Must be able to work in Fishers, IN office on a hybrid schedule at least 3 days a week.
  • Ability to work outside of typical business hours based on the needs of the business.     
  • Ability to travel approximately 10%, based on the needs of the business.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
