Description

We are looking for a Customer Experience to join our Talley team in Gold River, CA!

Summary:
The most critical role of the Customer Experience Tier (CX) 1, is to answer inbound communications/inquiries and provide the highest level of engagement with customers and prospects. CX Tier 1 is expected to provide individualized sales support for accounts where they are listed as Sales Support to both the customer and our organization. This position provides national support services to the Sales Organization and assists in resolving customer complaints, concerns, and issues related to our customers' open orders and expectations. The CX 1, will be the front line of all quote requests, regardless of territory, and will establish commit dates at order entry.

What You'll Do:

  • Quote/Order Entry and maintain to completion
  • Evaluate quote status daily and revise follow-up dates as needed
  • Review the Open Order Report daily and update commit dates as needed
  • Front line queue support
  • Service accounts to assure growth and customer Satisfaction
  • Collaboration of strategic account information with the Regional Sales Managers
  • Service/Evaluate/Upsell customer requests
  • Find new sales opportunities through inbound prospecting
  • Product knowledge and give inventory recommendations
  • Lead follow-up as assigned and mail list maintenance
  • Be a positive influencer who produces error-free work
  • Building and enhancing customer relationships by servicing their immediate and future needs
  • Displays a strong work ethic and honesty and adheres to all company policies and procedures
  • Engages in work with a high sense of urgency, highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Be open to change and deal calmly and effectively with high-stress situations

Qualifications

What You'll Need

  • 1+ year of Sales and/or Customer Service experience
  • 1+ year of Wireless Industry experience, preferred
  • 1 year of Product Application experience is preferred
  • High School or GED - Required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Intermediate MS Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
  • Graduated from Talley University – Sales Path courses, level 1-3
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills

Physical Demands:

  • Sit: Must be able to remain in a stationary position - Constantly – at least 51%
  • Walk: Must be able to move about inside/outside office or work location - Occasionally – up to 20%
  • Use hands to finger, handle, or feel: Operates a computer and other office machinery - Constantly – at least 51%

Weight and Force Demands:

For the state of California only, the pay range is $24.00 to $29.00, depending upon qualifications, experience, and other considerations permitted by law.
