Position Details
36-hour work week
8-week assignment starting on 11/12 or 11/18
Patient ratio: 1:1-3
Weekend and holiday rotation as needed
Floating required within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity
Certification and Skills
Certifications Required: BLS, NRP, and STABLE
Skills Required:
Proficient in dysrhythmia interpretation/management
IV antibiotics and vasopressors for codes
Insulin titration
Cardiac understanding (As and Bs)
Manage central lines and draw blood cultures
Ventilator management and CPAP
Peripheral IV start
Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience required
Previous charge experience preferred
Must have one prior travel assignment with solid NICU experience
Experience with Cerner preferred
Additional Information
Scrubs provided
Flu vaccine required for all employees
