Welder Trench Safety 

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must own tools and rollaway toolbox and be willing to add to personal tool inventory
• Mechanical knowledge of construction equipment is preferred
• Must possess welding skills (electric arc ‘stick', gas welding and brazing)
• Must possess multi-tasking abilities
• Must have the ability to work unsupervised and use time efficiently
• Must be detail orientated
• Must have legible handwriting
• Must maintain a professional personal appearance
• Ability to use mathematics to solve problems and measurements
• Must be able to communicate in English. Ability to speak another language is a plus.
• Keep regular, dependable and timely attendance
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with co-workers.
• A high school diploma or equivalent GED is preferred but not required.
• Be able to frequently lift 25 lbs, occasionally lift 50 lbs, and seldom lift 90 lbs.
• Must be able to grasp and apply new information quickly
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Must possess and maintain a good driving record
• Must pass company drug screen.
• Must have a full range of motion and dexterity to frequently climb in and out equipment

Must be able to meet performance, productivity and efficiency standards
