Position Requirements Sunstate is a proud Second Chance employer that evaluates every candidate on a case-by-case basis. - Minimum 2 years' experience in a managerial role is preferred
- Previous experience with construction equipment is preferred
- Must be willing to relocate upon completion of Manager in Training program
- Proficient computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite and AS400
- Be able to remain organized in a fast paced, dynamic environment

This position with spend time performing the tasks of various positions within the branch, becoming familiar with company culture and practices, managing personnel, and operational processes and guidelines. When proficient in all aspects of branch operations, the Manager in Training will assume some daily management responsibilities which can include traveling to another branch and acting as Branch Manager.
