Job Summary:

Load Pullers are responsible for preparing, packaging, and loading materials onto our trucks for delivery.  Must be able to interact well with fellow associates and customers.  Requires knowledge of building materials, loading and unloading procedures, maintaining company equipment (forklift), filling out preventative maintenance logs, and adhering to safety procedures.  Also performs various duties in the yard, such as keeping assigned areas clean and loading customers.  Friendly and courteous driving and personal habits are needed.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Basic education which includes the ability to read and write competently.
2. Training and Experience: Some experience with building materials is recommended. Must have forklift experience.
3. Job Knowledge: Driving skills and building material knowledge is preferred.
4. Physical Demands: Work requires much physical effort; and involves sitting, standing, walking, and some heavy lifting regularly.  Works in a non-air-conditioned environment.
