Overview

The Department of Corrections has an exciting opportunity for someone who is an innovative data analyst looking to work within the Department's Research and Data Unit. This position involves working with a team of analysts to collect, extract, clean, analyze, and report a variety of data to numerous audiences. This position has a hybrid schedule with some in-person and some remote work. If you enjoy problem solving, analyzing challenging datasets, and have an eye for data visualization, this position could be a great fit for you!

Environmental Factors

Duties are performed primarily in a standard office setting. Meetings with data users and partners may require some travel, for which private means of transportation must be available. Some work outside of normal office hours may be required.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, data analytics, or related field AND two (2) years or more experience in data administration, business analysis, or statistics.


OR


Four (4) years or more experience in data administration, business analysis, or statistics.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency with data visualization software, specifically Power BI.
