Academic Neuro-Ophthalmologist Opportunity.

The Department of Ophthalmology at SLUCare Physician Group is seeking a full-time fellowship trained neuro-ophthalmologist to join our academic medical practice.

Duties will include clinical practice as well as the education of residents, fellows and medical students. Responsibilities also include research collaboration and rotating call coverage for SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital (SLUH). SLUH is a 365 bed tertiary-care hospital and referral center, serving the population within a 150-mile radius of St. Louis. The hospital is a certified Level I trauma center in both Missouri and Illinois. Treating more than 2,300 major trauma cases each year, it operates the largest trauma program in the bi-state area. SLU Hospital is connected to our outpatient facility, known as the Center for Specialized Medicine, which houses 20 clinics in the 4-story space.

Qualifications:

All candidates must be certified or board eligible by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
