Software Engineer

Location: Remote - U.S.

What You Will Get To Do

• Participate in the full development life cycle.
• Engage in sprint planning.
• Collaborate with business analysts to define and analyze requirements.
• Work with architects and lead engineers to define architecture.
• Implement key modules according to development guidelines.
• Collaborate with the QA team to validate software functionality.

What You Will Bring

• 3+ years of backend development experience, including 1+ year of Java experience.
• Good understanding of the Spring Framework.
• Good understanding of relational database systems and NoSQL databases.
• Strong computer science fundamentals: Data Structures, Design Patterns, Networks and Operating Systems.
• In-depth understanding of software architecture.

Highly Desired Skills

• Experience with devops technologies such as GitHub Actions and Terraform.
• Experience with Python and TypeScript.
• Experience implementing REST APIs.
• Good understanding of containers and container orchestration.
• Knowledge of latest software industry trends and technologies.

Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
