Key Accountabilities
 

  • Deliver the value of SS&C Blue Prism for customers with sales teams in Japan.
  • Maintain customer engagement for customer satisfaction and loyalty, conduct presentations, workshops, business reviews, proactively suggest solutions and work with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of strong contextualized demos and powerful POCs.
  • Solve technical issues and deliver solutions to customers and partners with customer support, professional service, and other technical members in Japan.
  • Enhance and expand the potential of Blue Prism by combining emerging and traditional technologies such as AI, BPM, and chatbots in Japan, and deliver enhanced solutions to customers. Additionally, play a role in technically validating whether these technologies can be combined to further increase the value of the solutions.

Work Experience

  • Over 5 years of experience as a pre-sales engineer in enterprise IT.
  • Experience in providing technical support and problem resolution to customers.
  • Communication skills, including conversation, presentation, and listening.
  • Understanding of application development processes, including requirements definition, design, development, testing, and migration/change management.
  • Business-level English communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages, including APIs, and over 1 year of development experience.
  • Understanding of IT system infrastructure, including OS, networks, middleware, and databases.

Competencies

  • Experience as a Business/IT Consultant.
  • IT certifications such as those related to cloud and application systems.
  • Experience with intelligent automation technologies, including BPM and AI.
  • Experience in system integration, including APIs.
  • Willingness to learn new things in Business/IT.
  • Experience with RPA.
