Job Description
Assesses, develops, and implements quality and business process strategies, programs, policies, training, and improvements across the company. Analyzes and recommends company standards for quality measurement. Functions in a consultative role with various departments and the executive team in process mapping, documentation, and re-engineering. Develops, implements, and analyzes customer satisfaction surveys and recommend quality and business process improvements to address findings. Independently leads complex and broad scope projects/initiatives. Career level professional leading small, moderately complex projects or working on complex tasks that require a high degree of judgement, resourcefulness, and self-initiative. Demonstrates specialized expertise to evaluate wide-ranging and complex issues and develop creative solutions. Recommends new procedures. Minimally requires a Master's degree and 1 years of related experience, Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience, or high school degree and 5 years of related experience.
