What You Will Get To Do:
- Execute and review daily financial transactions, including reconciliations, settlements, and trade processing.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and other deliverables for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial controls and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Research and resolve complex financial discrepancies and inquiries from internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate with various departments, including operations, technology, and client services, to optimize workflows and resolve issues.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and enhancing service delivery.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry regulations, best practices, and company policies.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field OR 3-5 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on operations, accounting, or fund administration.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments, investment operations, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary/wage rate is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, job related knowledge, skills, abilities, business needs, and geographic regions.
The expected base salary for the position in MA is between $50,000 USD to $100,000 USD.
The expected base salary for the position in IL is between $50,000 USD to $100,000 USD.
In addition to their salary, successful candidates may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus and stock options.
