What You Will Get To Do:
Act as the highest point of escalation (L2 Support) between Client Services and Development Teams by answering questions and resolving issues around our Products, Services, and Infrastructure.
Identify operational problems by observing and studying system functions and performance results; investigating client complaints and suggestions; and completing troubleshooting procedures.
Develop, enhance, and review Observability tools to achieve operational targets around capacity and API response times
Advocate on behalf of the Client Services team to Product Management for proper prioritization of qualified defects and enhancements.
Act as a first responder to infrastructure/software related incidents to ensure reliability of our systems and keep us within committed SLA targets.
Assist Product teams in new feature roll out and data validation processes with customers.
Prepare documentation on Playbooks, Processes to improve overall team knowledge & trainings
What You Will Bring:
Experience of 2 to 4 years in L2 Production Support / Maintenance of Software Applications adhering to SLAs in any industry (Fintech preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Ability to understand Product Functionality and provide resolutions or workarounds.
Working experience with Agile Scrum/Kanban environment
Experience in writing queries in RDBMS (SQL Server, MySQL etc… databases)
Experience with Operations in Amazon Web Services or similar cloud providers
Experience with API frameworks / Swagger / Postman
Knowledge with Containers and Kubernetes
Experience working with monitoring and observability tools (Splunk / CloudWatch / ELK / DataDog / Dynatrace / Grafana)
Experience with Production Incident Management & RCA processes.
Experience with Software tools (Confluence, JIRA, GIT, PagerDuty)
Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills
Experience with Software Test Automation or Development (any Language) is an added advantage.
Experience working in Financial Technology Industry
